Toolbox talk software is a digital system for creating, assigning, delivering and documenting short jobsite safety meetings, often called tailgate meetings. When a technician has a meeting assigned, a Toolbox Talks tile appears on the Field Ascend technician app dashboard. It shows how many are outstanding and opens a live list of pending and completed meetings.

Connectivity note: the meeting list and the final submission need a connection. Answers in progress are saved on the phone, so a dropped signal mid-check does not lose them. This is separate from the app's offline work order sync.

Confirm the message landed with an understanding check
A signature proves someone was there. It does not prove they took anything in. Add a short set of multiple-choice or true/false questions to any meeting and set the pass mark, say 80%. The sign-off stays hidden until they pass.
