Currently, Field Ascend integrates with QuickBooks Online only. QuickBooks Desktop does not offer the API access required for real-time sync. If you're using Desktop, consider migrating to Online—Intuit offers migration tools.
If you disconnect, existing posted invoices remain in QuickBooks. No data is deleted. You can reconnect at any time and resume syncing. Invoice IDs are preserved, so Field Ascend still knows which invoices were previously posted.
