No. The OAuth2 flow is handled entirely by Microsoft. Field Ascend receives a refresh token that permits sending on your behalf — your password is never seen or stored by Field Ascend.

Yes. Because it uses OAuth2 (the same protocol Outlook and Teams use), the integration is fully compatible with multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access policies and Microsoft Security Defaults.

How do I revoke Field Ascend's access to my mailbox?

Sign in to your Microsoft account at myaccount.microsoft.com, go to Security → App permissions, and remove Field Ascend. You can also disconnect from within Field Ascend's email setup page.
