Corrections use Reissue with corrections, which creates a new numbered certificate that supersedes the old one and prints the reason, or Void. A Verify QR or URL opens a public page that shows status and the record hash only, not the certificate content. The office list is Setup → Certificates → Issued Certificates (status, outcome, and re-inspection due).
Coded observations can raise defects on the equipment. A marked table can create optional child assets, such as circuits under a panel. You can upload a scheme badge in Company Details. That is your own logo, not a scheme membership. Invited contacts see issued, superseded, and void records for their sites on the customer portal Certificates tab (on by default), with PDF and Verify. The competent person still owns the inspection judgment and the regulatory duty. You remain responsible for using a competent person and for complying with regulations. Field Ascend issues records. It is not a scheme and it is not a substitute for a qualified inspector.
